Visiting Kiawah Island, South Carolina? When you need a break from the sand and sun, check out the best shopping Kiawah has to offer! You can cool off, browse the shops, and take some of the island home with you.

1. Freshfields Village is a stunning outdoor pedestrian village designed in a unique low country style. With almost 30 different shops specializing in home decor, apparel, accessories and more, there’s something here for everyone! Stop in your favorites like Lily Pulitzer, Vineyard Vines, and Tommy Bahama. Or visit one of their many boutiques for a unique find. Las Olas specializes in swimwear and lifestyle accessories as well as designer bathing suits for men and women. At Scout & Molly’s lives by the rule, “no style fits all.” You’re sure to find that something special! If you need some refreshment while shopping, Freshfields Village has everything from coffee and delis to upscale restaurants. Check their calendar for special events and you might be able to catch a local farmer’s market or outdoor concert while you’re there!

2. Wells Gallery:: If you want a beautiful way to remember your Low Country Kiawah Island experience, take home a gorgeous piece of art from the Wells Gallery at the Sanctuary Resort. Their gallery has a carefully curated collection of original oil paintings, watercolors, and even artisan jewelry. You’ll be home to take home a memory that will last!

3. Bohicket Market and Marina: For a relaxing shopping experience right on the water, head over to Bohicket Market and Marina. This quaint spot frequented by locals and tourists offers a very family friendly, casual atmosphere with lots of shops and restaurants to choose from. Doin’ The Charleston is a must do while shopping on Kiawah. This shop offers the best of the South, specializing in gourmet gifts and custom gift baskets. Doin’ The Charleston carries their own signature line of home decor, t-shirts, gourmet food and coffee and more. They also have products from several major brands such as Caldrea, Beatriz Ball Partyware, Wood Stock Chimes, and Wild Hare tea towels. Other shopping highlights at Bohicket Marina include The Beached Dog, a grooming boutique and bakery for your furry family members, and Bohicket Ship Store, where you can find a great selection of outdoor and fishing equipment (and keep your husband busy for a while).
